1st Grade Classroom Visits

Each year, Dr. Kvinsland visits 1st grade classes throughout Gig Harbor. He helps kids learn about their teeth, the importance of and how to care for their teeth. He also focuses on what to expect when visiting their dentist. Each child receives a Guide to Children’s Dental Health, a new toothbrush, and a flosser.

Dr. Kvinsland has a gift with kids. He knows how to listen to their questions, and answer these in a way that kids get.

We hear from parents and teachers a like, how much their kids enjoy Dr. Kvinsland’s presentation. It is really fun to see kids talking about canine teeth, how much they love the dentist, and want to take care of their teeth.
