MEET Dr. KVINSLAND

Dr. Eric Kvinsland was born and raised in Gig Harbor. After graduating from Gig Harbor High School, he attended Washington State University to earn his Business and Human Resource Management degrees and Pacific Lutheran University to pursue a Chemistry degree. Dr. Kvinsland graduated from the University of Washington with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and was honored with the Gutherie Award for Restorative Excellence.

He continues to further his training and education ensuring that he is providing the best and most current dentistry techniques for his patients. In addition to his active involvement in several restorative based dental study groups, Dr. Kvinsland is past-President of the Pierce County Dental Society and served as a board member and delegate for the Washington State Dental Association.

You can’t help but run into Dr. Kvinsland and his family around town! He is an integral member of the Gig Harbor community and served on numerous boards including Pt. Defiance Zoo Society and Communities in Schools of Peninsula. He is also involved in his church, Bible study, and coaching lacrosse.

Dr. Kvinsland is family focused, dedicating much of his time to his wife and their four children. He is a certified pilot and loves the outdoors: fishing, hunting, skiing, golfing, and boating.

Dr. Kvinsland loves all aspects of family dental practice and has a special interest in dental implants and restorative dentistry.

MEET Dr. Neal

Dr. Austin Neal is a native of Washington, growing up in Olympia and graduating from Olympia High. He earned both his undergraduate degree in Microbiology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington. He pursued advanced education in clear aligner orthodontic treatment, oral surgery, root canal therapy, and restorative dentistry. He has spent several years practicing in Everett and is excited about putting down roots in Gig Harbor and continuing to provide the quality care that he is known for. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and helping them achieve their oral health goals. Dr. Neal prioritizes building trust and relationships with both his team members and patients. He is deeply committed to patient care, creating personalized treatment plans that meet patient needs and their long-term health goals. Dr. Kvinsland and Dr. Neal share many common beliefs, including the importance of continuing education to stay at the forefront of dental research and technology, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care. When not caring for patients, Dr. Neal enjoys spending time throughout Washington state with his family and friends. He loves playing and watching any sport with a ball, bat, or club. His other interests include learning to play guitar, hiking, paddleboarding, and playing trivia. He is excited to join the vibrant Gig Harbor community, one smile at a time!
